个人简介
王文生,男,博士,研究员,水稻分子设计技术与应用创新团队执行首席,博士生导师。主要从事水稻种质资源的基因组分析、抗逆相关基因的挖掘、功能验证及分子育种等工作。近年来,完成了3000份水稻核心种质资源遗传多样性和基因组变异解析工作,建立了水稻分子设计育种信息平台;开展了水稻核心种质和导入系抗逆表型的精准鉴定和基因型鉴定,利用多种组学手段挖掘了水稻抗逆有利基因,解析了水稻抗逆的分子调控机理和遗传网络。主持国家高层次人才特殊支持计划1项,国家自然科学基金项目2项,国家自然科学基金云南联合基金子课题1项,参加了重大国际农业合作、科技部支撑计划、863等多个项目。以第一或通讯作者在Nature、Nucleic Acids Research、Plant Biotechnology Journal、Journal ofExperimental Botany等刊物发表文章24篇,累计影响因子102.5。荣获国家高层次人才特殊支持计划“青年拔尖人才”、中国农学会青年科技奖和中国农业科学院“农科英才”。
