个人简介
宋国立,男,1968年9月21日生,河南西平人,中共党员,博士,二级研究员,博士生导师。1990年于华中农业大学毕业后一直在中国农业科学院棉花研究所从事棉花遗传育种和棉花生物技术工作,现任中国农业科学院棉花研究所党委副书记、纪委书记、基因测序课题组组长,先后主持和承担国家重点基础研究发展计划973计划)、国家高技术研究发展计划863计划)、国家支撑计划、国家自然科学基金、国家棉花产业技术体系、转基因重大专项等科研项目。其参与完成的“中国农作种质资源收集保存评价与利用”项目获得国家科技进步一等奖;“野生与特色棉花遗传资源的创新与利用研究”成果获得国家科技进步二等奖;“棉花野生与特色资源收集保存和研究利用”获得河南省科技进步二等奖;“南繁棉花的生育规律和关键技术研究”获得海南省科技进步一等奖,“棉花育种南繁和品种纯度南繁鉴定技术研究”获得农业部中华农业科技二等奖。率先完成了棉花野生二倍体种雷蒙德氏棉D基因组)、栽培二倍体种亚洲棉A基因组)和四倍体陆地棉AD基因组)的测序工作,研究结果分别于2012年、2014年和2015年发表在《自然遗传》NatureGenetics)和《自然生物技术》NatureBiotechnology)上。2008年获得安阳市十大杰出青年、河南省五四奖章标兵称号,2014年入选国家中青年科技创新领军人才,2015年被评为全国农业科研杰出人才,2016年入选国家万人计划。
